Jackie was helping us to find our first home in the very difficult sellers market, when it is often necessary to go above the asking price. We have seen many properties and gave a few unsuccessful offers, but Jackie’s estimates of what a property will sell for were spot on. This was very helpful to get ourselves oriented quickly and to get a property we liked fast. Jackie and her team also provided an excellent service during negotiations and helped to navigate toward closing within 30 days after our offer was accepted.
